Post your power levels if you are having an issue with the symptoms as the logs can be pretty meaningless as many of the updates are disabled.

bad night last night sorry..
just the 192 menu @ mo
All your power levels are with normal operational parameters for a 50Mb connection and if you are having any issues with your connection then I would advise you to call the 50Mb team tomorrow morning after 0800 on 0800 052 0431

I know that was your original question but as most of it is disabled your power levels give a better insight to any potential issues.
"No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out"
This can indicate upsteam issues, the cable modem sent a ranging request but due to upstream problems the CMTS didn't didn't get the message.
"Auth Reject - Unauthorized CM"
Your cable modem didn't update encryption keys.
The value of this object is the grace time for an authorization key.
A CM is expected to start trying to get a new authorization key
beginning AuthGraceTime seconds before the authorization key actually
expires.
And you have two MAC's because one is your modem MAC address and the other is the MAC address of the CMTS/uBR.
There we go, all answered, questions not swerved and I didn't ask about your power levels or answer a question you didn't ask. ;)
