Hi can some one please check my signal levels for me please as i have been getting random speed issues since last friday Post code area is GU15 thanks.
Downstream receive power level : 1.6 dbmv
Downstream SNR : 39.0 db
upstream transmit power level : 61.0 dbmv

Upstream power level is way too high.

downstream receive is nominal the nearer zero it is - however any signal level is superseded by whether your connection works..if it works ignore the readings.
- if you are having problems, however, then the signal levels are probably more relevant & I'd suspect the downstream receive needs looking at first ;)
