My Internet connections been slowish & unstable past couple of weeks supposedly at the time of the scheduled 2-10 update. Just got of the phone with tech support and he confirmed that we've been receiving 10Mb for a while now and offered no other support but that my computer was to blame. Typical virgin  Ive already clicked the Gofaster link on virgins page re-configured the Ethernet wires in modems advised by tech support & rebooted the modem

All browser cache's, cookies, temporary Internet files aren't stored and are set to clear automatically after each session of using Internet Explorer, I don't use per-to-per file sharing websites so I'm not being trafficked managed, Computers completely up to date no virus's or performance problems expect Internet speeds countless re-formats tested on several different pcs/laptop speeds still worse then what I had before the scheduled updates took place
