Please Tell me if this ok

Hi all.

Lost my connection in the week was down for 1 day, Its back now but my 50MB connection wont even reach 10mb now and thats on every speedsite i can find. Also my connection stops every 5 mins and then comes back without me doing anything, Cant play my xbox360 online because of this
These are my modem powerlevels when i compare them to other posts they seem a lot lower, The eng is coming out today should i mention this ?

Eng came out he was testing the speed of my connection (would you belive he didnt know the new password for the virgins own speedtest site). Anyway he was downloading at less than 2mb went to the cabinet on the street and it was the same there. Said the power lvls at the cabinet were hitting the roof and was going to get another eng to have a look at it. 2 hours later another eng came said power lvls at the cabinet were fine and started doing the same tests in my house that the other eng did and again only 2mb.
He ended up leaving saying they will look into it and hopefully be fixed some time next week, Fingers crossed this wont be one of the horror stories i have read on here where they just cant fix it.
