problem with astraweb

Hi, all I am on 50 mb and using ssl with astraweb but it keeps droppoing to 0kbps and then kicks back in again but only up to a couple of mbps and then back down to zero??

Just wondered if anybody else was having a similar problem ??

Been having loaaads of issues tonight. Seems okay now though.
