20 meg to 10 meg downgrade

I need to downgrade from 20 meg to 10 meg due to financial constraints. Could someone please tell me how much the 10 meg stand alone bb service costs? And do I just contact CS to arrange it?

10mb broadband is £25 (XL is 37)
you may be able to get a deal thats cheaper than you are paying.

try speaking to customer services. They may well help you out if you are having financial problems.

Tell them your situation (that is ofcourse if you are comfortable enough to tell them you can't really afford it at the minute and you love your 20mb :P)

You can't downgrade if you are in your first 12 months..

Thanks for the quick replies guys, really appreciate it. Will have a chat with CS and see what happens. Not in first year so should not be a problem. ;)
