No matter what replies you make to these 'surveys' the results will always be twisted to be favourable to the Company and/or Product concerned.

I was particularly riled by todays news that NHS patients had been cruelly treated. The Official response was that although they condemned the practise the fact that a 'survey' had shown that 93% of patients thought their treatment was good somehow diminished those that had suffered.

I think a headline of "7% of NHS patients treated so badly that many die as a direct result" expresses the situation as it really is.

So best not to respond to ANY surveys IMHO.
