Hey All,
Is anyone else in the CF11 area suffering a complete internet outage?
My internet has been down for two days now, I've had to resort to tethering to my phone!
It went down about 6pm on Monday, and according to the Router Status Page, it is waiting on something to be sent down from the TFTP Server:
'Boot State In Progress Waiting for TFTP'
Multiple reboots end in nothing different than the above, I would usually be on the support newsgroup by now, but I don't seem to be able to access it via a non-VM connection.
I have tried calling VM tech support twice to which I get a delightful recorded message about 'broadband problems in the CF11 area, and that engineers are fixing it asap'. On reaching a human, I was told when I phoned yesterday that the problem would be fixed by 8.30pm, that came and went, phoned today 10 minutes ago to be told is would be fixed by 6pm today, that too has gone (albeit by ~20 minutes).
So, has anyone got any more information about the fault?
I can't even see it listed on the VM Service Status page for South Wales, despite it being a known fault and even having it's own recorded message (what is the point of a service status page that is not updated?).
