My Internet has been down for most of the day. Just says the DNS server isn't responding. I am on my iPhone ATM anyone know when it will be back up I am going crazy without it lol

Do you mean SE4? I'm in E4 (NE London) and its been fine all day.

I am in chingford e4 the Internet has been off since 3 ish. I have rebooted modem and router but it keeps saying DNS server is not responding. I have cleared DNS catch also. Any ideas I just assumed it was virgin again

Will remove router from queston and try again if not I shall phone them tomorrow

The Service Status line seems to be more reliable than the website. The number is 0800 561 0061 and is absolutely free to call from any landline.
