upload problems

Hi All

Sorry if this been discussed before. but i am having problems with internet. Pages can take upto 50 seconds to load. i can watch vidoes online etc no problem, so seems not my download speed.

I did a speed test online and got 18mbps D/L speed but U/L speed either failed due to error connecting or came back as 0.1.

Any one help with this?

Your power levels are in specs so the problem must be elsewhere. Post results from the tests webcrawler has provided and if the problem cannot be solved here:

Call Technical Support on 151 from a Virgin phone it's absolutely free or 08454541111 from any other phone.

So that tests can be ran on your connection.

How are you connected? Wifi or ethernet straight to the VM Modem?

I run from VM router into wifi into computer. (ethernet cable into wifi router)

But have done for last 3 yrs only last week its been happening. I have even formatted pc as thought maybe a virus.
