View Full Version : Installing the 50MB today
Hi
I just wondered if Virgin provide me with a wireless router, on the 50MB connection.
I have been on the 20MB for a long time, they are upgrading me today :)
You should get both an 'N' router and an 'N' USB Adapter
Been installed now.
Pretty happy, I have 6Mbytes per second d/l.
Received a WN111 and WNR2000 Router. :)
I've had the WNR2000 for a while now and its great.
I do have to restart mine maybe once or twice a month as i loose internet or network access oddly. (easly done using the button on back).
Good range on it too! i even ordered another one xD
Enjoy your 50meg!

Start a reasonably seeded torrent and watch the piece of excrement die. :)
It's a piece of under-powered crap that can't handle anything beyond someone leeching newsgroups. If that's all you do you should be just fine.

I got the new D-link router. I am still wondering how set it up manually.....
Why would anyone want 50m other than to leech from usenet, torrents are rubbish.
