we do have a phone, TV and net service and the internet connection on the TV is fine, most of the time when it goes i go play with a wii online and iplayer etc always works when i check.

also anything im currently connected to usually is fine, eg when im listening to a internet radio station on winamp, if im on betfair it will keep refreshing the odds as long as i dont change page and livescores will still update, if im in a online program such as secondlife normally i'll be fine unless i try to move location. however the web everywhere else is dead, sometimes if i wait 10-15 minutes a page will load, but usually not

i formatted my computer yesterday also, theres a firewall on and i've not even been on any dodgy sites ( yet;) ) i dont have a router no one else uses the connection, i connect directly to my PC from the modem via ethernet

i dont know how to post powerlevels and all that but i hope theres enough info there to help as im really at a loss

Please post the power levels from your config pages of your modem by clicking here.
http://192.168.100.1/

Go to the Signal Tab then what I want you to post is the Downstream power levels including the SNR and the Upstream power levels for us thanks.

DO NOT POST YOUR MAC ADDRESS OR SERIAL NUMBER

Your power levels are spot on so any issue will be elsewhere either on your equipment or on the network, so you should call Tech Support so they can run checks on your connection.

Faults on 151 from your Virgin Media Phone. It's absolutely free.

Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.
