Over the last couple of nights, whenever i switch my upload speed to unlimited while using µTorrent (something i've always been able to do when not downloading) the upload speed drops to as low as 6KBps?
I don't however suffer the same speed reduction if i set the upload to about 80 - 85KBps, and web uploads seem to be fine.
Do recall all the scare stories regards possible application throttling when folk are moved onto the new kit, but haven't seen any threads on this board that might indicate it to be the likely culprit.
I'm aware that it's more than likely that something else is at fault, and the first thing that comes to mind is the modem.
Modem is an NTL 250, i've no idea what the expected lifespan is, but i've had it since 20Mb was launched with no probems whatsoever..
