I have a program called GrabIt is their anyway I can use that?

Not for text I don't thing but not sure. You can definitely use: Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird

I believe in theory you can post from GrabIt but I've never tried it. I use it only for searching and downloading.
