I have had these speeds for like 2-3 Weeks and its got awful!? I am ament to be on 20Meg!

I am in Belfast does anyone know if their is any problems?

Upstream power level is far too high, you will need a tech to adjust it. Dial 151 from a Virgin phone or 0845 454 1111 from any other line

And shall I just ask that upload power needs to be adjusted are will they notice straight away?

Tell them your getting slow speeds, they should be able to pick up your modem levels from their end.

Phoned them and apartenly their is a fault in the area and will be fixed either tonight are in the morning!?!

Whether or not there is an area problem you need that level adjusting, see what the speed is like in the morning and if no improvement ring them back or post on newsgroups.
