My brother ordered a Virgin Media package online a 3 days ago. He chose it to be installed on Sat 15TH August. After he completed the order form it said that he will get a letter. But it hasnt come yet. So, without the letter, will they still come and install it on that date. Has anyone else here ordered VM online, if so what happened?

three days ago included the weekend...not a lot of post happens at the weekend.. Be patient but if you do want to confirm just give CS a quick call

I think it said they will send a lette or email me. So it doesnt really matter if i dont read the email. cos it only confirms the date they install

If you are concerned then just call in on 0845 454 1111 and ask them to check if your order is on the system.
