Over the past few days I've noticed my modem dropping (ready light flashes) for 20 seconds or so, then back to normal. This is happening constantly, where I'm lucky if I can stay online for 30 mins without interruption.

Checked the Modem config page. Here are the results. Any suggestions?

Also about 4 months ago I had major problems where I completely lost access. An engineer came and made some changes over the phone with head office. I think it was something to do with the power, but it worked perfect up until a few days ago.

Upstream isn't the best there Andy, give tech support a call. If the upstream SNR is good it will be your return path.

Update.

Called Virgin Media. Gave them the power levels. they said these are fine and that there are no problems that they can see. They advised it could be a cable/connection fault and will be sending an engineer.

I've also noticed the 'Online' light on my V+ box is continuously flashing. Noticed this after calling them, so I've not informed them of this.

Cheer,
Andy

Yeah odd that isn't it, even more odd is that the Online light on your V+ also indicates return path ;)

Tech will sort it :)
