hello i'm from stoke-on-trent and i have the old ntl home 200 modem and 10mb connect. My connection has been rather sketchy of late, the upload seems fine the download starts fast, then i see it in my firewall that the speed drops to zero then back up in the hundreads the back to zero constatnly. i have not phoned support yet thought i might see if it is somthing that will take an enginer, first.

You need to call Tech Support as the SNR is to low and you will need an engineer booked to sort it out.
