250 modem/fault

I have a 250 modem and on saturday i was getting very slow speed could not even look at a web page well would take 10 mins to load .Next day i turned the computer on and i could not get any web page :(.I have looked at my router and all seems fine but i have noticed my modem lights flashing funny

Ready light flashing then there is no light

sync light flashing

enet flashing

power light on

Then it looks like my modem restarts it self and trys again any way of checking to see if my modem is faulty?

Yes there is - you phone Virgin technical support and then tell you whether you have a faulty modem or if there is another issue which is stopping the modem syncing
