Broadband problems in the Swansea area

Hi guys,

Over the last week or so my broadband connection has been very intermittent with high packet loss. The modem seems to be locked onto the network but it is frankly unusable.

I am supposed to have a service tech call tomorrow evening but I have since found out of others also having problems.

I know VM staff visit this site and was wondering if anyone knows what is happening?

I am in the SA5 area of Swansea by the way.

im got getting that but my bloody router is still resetting twice a day thanks to IP lease ending twice a day for some reason its only been like for just over a week and its getting really annoying now!!

Can you post the power levels and signal to noise ratio levels from your modem?
http://192.168.100.1 username/password root/root if required.
