Are my levels too low or too high?

Downstream SNR : 36.3 dB

Upstream

Upstream transmit Power Level : 51.0 dBmV

Lately my speed is really inconsistant and I was wondering if these levels indicate anything?

Hmm...the upstream level is high...have you tried rebooting your cable modem yet?
