How do you enquire on a Ticket Number

Is it possible to find out information on a specific Ticket Number on the VM. In the good old days of Bleuyonder you could search for a ticket enquiry.
If this is a dumb question, sorry this is my first post

Hi Newbay welcome to the forums.

You can see if the ticket number is listed here. (http://status-cable.virginmedia.com/vmstatus/summary.do) If it's not there then full lists of all open tickets can be found in the Virginmedia newsgroups called Virginmedia.announce. Details of how to set up the newsgroups can be found at :-

Thank you for the help. I have Subscribed to the News Group, but unfortunately I can't find the Ticket F000937251. I am trying to find this info for my friend who has to youngsters, one at school, and the other at Uni. Both desperate to get back on The Net.

I am assuming from your post that this is an cable internet ticket so you could ask for an status update of that ticket number on Virginmedia.support.broadband.cable The staff on the VM support newsgroups should be there to answer your inquiry until 10pm.
