Phone in, TV and Broadband Out

Had a phone line put in this morning which is all lovely.

However V+ box and broadband are knackered.

Another engineer coming out on Friday morning :(

Was this after the phone installation if so why have they not sent the engineer back.

You know what they're like Moldova..i could probably count the number of techs who answer their mobiles on one hand! ;)

Either that or the fault was before the install anyway?

Yep after the install.

I've had pixelation problems for ages now so pehaps the tinkering with the green street box tipped the signal over the edge.

Broadband is getting upgraded to 10MB as well so perhaps that might be back on when I get back from work later. Doubt it though.

well, the installer is a contractor, and basically mess everything up. the tech will be a virgin employee, he will sort it out...

anyone who has an install, has to understand that it can be a very shody job
