ask me again at midnight as I am still spending it ;)
Been to work for a bit.
Now off to stay at a posh hotel with evening meal and breakfast thown in, all for £95 for the two of us (one night with breakfast is usually £195)
Booking.com came up trumps for the bargain of the year!
Bank holiday bargains galore today on those sites.
Hope it lives up to its 5 star reputation!

Watching Babylon 5, then gonna head on the Skylink bus to Donington Park, to prove it can be done, and preparation for when I meet a few mates there and laugh at the works going on. :D

It's a lesser known fact that it is compulsory to buy shoes on all Bank Holidays. Being an upright citizen I thought it only right to go and buy a few pairs.
Well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it. :D
Went to a little village pub for lunch. Then it began to rain so decided to go home and chilled out.
Spent a couple of hours at some friends, and planned our holiday with them in the Pelion this summer.
Seemed to have ended up rowing with people.:(

Did both of those, and ended up walking from EMA to Donington - Google Maps deceived me as the 2 look close together. They most definitely AIN'T!

Up early, building the second media center of the day, shopping etc.

Flex days so you can have a long weekend when required.;)

Took my girls to see Hannah Montana the movie. :(
The dentist was closed otherwise I'd have opted for deep root canal treatment although I don't need it. ;) At least the popcorn was great. :)

Thats good :) I don't work bank hols in my full time job, but if i happen to be working in the off licence (my 2nd job) its basically tough - no extra money or holidays :erm:
Today was spent firstly getting over my hangover and then went to DFS to look at a new sofa. Finished off in M&S buying some delicious food to eat this evening and eventually retiring on the sofa where I intend to stay for a while yet ;)

I take it the dentist trip would have been less painful.
I remember taking my daughter to see Harriet the Spy and wanting to set fire alarm off, but eventually I fell asleep.

Having endured High School Musical 3 last year I didn't think it was possible to get worse.
I was wrong. My girls "enjoyed" it although I suspect that's as much to do with peers having already been and raving about it.
Poor script, crap music, bad acting - Have Disney started employing former Crossroads staff?:D
Enjoyed lots of sexytime with my brand new (and free) laptop. Never before has there been such a beautiful union between man and technology.

Went to Potton Fete with my girlfriend.
True to form it chucked it down as soon as we arrived ;)
Still we then went to the local pub for dinner which was nice.

I spent today and the last few days feeling miserable :(
My wonderful  husband has given me yet another cold, I have to hold my head when I cough, which is roughly every 2 or 3 minutes, cos I'm convinced my head will explode as the thumping is so loud.
My nose is red raw from blowing it constantly even though I put a balm on it to help.
On a more positive note, today is the first day in a week I've woken up and not wanted to kill someone
Guess my stress levels must be coming down slightly, I wonder what tomorrow will bring :erm:

Gary.....its never a dirty weekend, if I am with my husband!!;);)
I was up late play GTA:IV 'til 3am crawled out of the pit at about 11pm, cut the grass then started to sort out the paper work of stuff I have done for any interviews that I will get.
Hole punched the lot of pages, but the folder is 4 holes and my hole punch is 2.
So I had to reprint them at work.

We went down to my parents in Cornwall for the weekend. Friday was shopping in Truro. Saturday was the zoo. Sunday was a walk on the beach. Monday was indoors due to not very nice weather, but I did book a 3 week holiday for us at the end of the month! :)
