New Installation

Hi, can anyone help me.

I have due to have VM installed next week and am the first house in my street to have it installed.

I live over 300m away form the Green Box and am concerened that they will turn up and say they are unable to fit it due to the distance, we also have a block pavia drive and am worried they will just say no as it may be a difficult installation.

Our standard Phone and Broadband currently come over head from a pole sitting next to the Green Box.

Will they run the cable overhead or underground?

Can anyone put my mind at rest please.

I suspect the pole is your BT phone line. If that is the case then Virgin Media won't use that (obviously, it doesn't belong to them). I can't see block paving being a problem, they encounter it all the time, but you could always give sales a call just to make sure they know about it.
