Hi i wonder if somebody could point in the right direction of somebody i could mail about my problem.
I had virgin booked for yesterday to be installed, the guy come along and started his work then the guys that run the cable came and found that the pipes outside were blocked. So the tech said that he can`t finish his work, he will be back when the wire is run. Got a phone call to say 24th the the pipes will be unblocked and cable run and install finished. An hour later some guy shows up unblocks the pipes and runs the cable. sorted! so i ring up virgin and they say 24th still,but i have got cables hanging on the outside of my house and cables laying on the front of my drive! i just wondered if anybody knows somebody i can contact in regards to this?

The problem is that you job would have been for the 24th as this is the earliest dates available.
Just because the pipes are no clear and the cables are in doesn't mean there is a tech free to hook it all up.
It's a bit annoying but i think all you can do it wait.
