Modem Reboots

For the past few days my modem has been suddenly rebooting itself or the ready light goes out and it will sync for 30 secs. Today it has happened 4 times all in all, and just wondered if anyone else in Swansea is having the same problems as me as it could b an area problem.

Below are signal levels.

Power levels look normal so the may be an issue on the uBR and you may have to call in to ascertain what the issue is, wait till it goes off and do not reboot but call straight away so they can check the connection.
