Hello guys, my friend has an unstable connection. I am wondering if anyone can see a problem with the information from his modem:

That looks quite normal, is he on a router and if so has he tried a direct connection to the modem.

He is connecting using the router that Virgin supplied to him, I will ask him to try a direct connection to his modem.

The only other option would be to call them and check if the is any issues on his uBR such as SNR problems.
