Does anyone what the factory default password on a Virgin Media modem model 255 is? and or is there a way to reset it?

If you mean to get into logs / diaognistics password is Root in both fields

If you have locked the modem config pages by changing the password and cannot now remember it then you will need to call faults on 151 as the is no way to reset the password on those modems.
