Is Netguard still OK to use?

I have the old version of NTL's Netguard. It seems to update its defs. fairly regularly and all the logs are up to date. Do I need to upgrade to PCGuard or is it just the same programme with a different name?

If I were you id bin it and get a proper antivirus such as AVG or avast. PCguard/netguard can be as useful as a chocolate fireguard ;)

Netguard is unsupported and has been so for a while, so you need to upgrade it to PC Guard.
