Free £50 Voucher

I ordered a 5220 from the virgin mobile site,
But there was no sim card inside it and i got a voucher saying after my first text or sms message i will be sent a £30 voucher as i had bought a phone between £50-£100.

I emailed them but have got no reply,

im pretty sure buyiing a pay as you go phone on the virgin mobile website comes wiith a sim card included,
or am i wrong?

That appears to be just the phone as you are buying that alone, what you get is mentioned in the link and the is no mention of a sim card, when they renew my phone I just get a phone.

Just buy a Virgin sim card they are cheap enough.

It doesn't mention a SIM Card.

Why would Virgin Mobile sell a phone without a Sim Card? It's usually in a little CD-style box, have you checked in there?

If there's a problem just pop into a Virgin Mobile shop and I'm sure they'll give you one.

so how do i take advantage of that free voucher?
i already got a 300+300 sim so can i put the phone number of that down?
