samsung 2110c stuck in standby

i have wired up the box double checked the cables and tried rebooting but all i get is powering up and nothing else happens

You need to call faults on 151 for this Maureen. They can send a signal which might correct it but if not they'll book a technician for you.

Have a tech coming out to look at mine tomorrow/today - exact same issue.

It did correct itself for a day but now gets stuck in an infinite reboot/crash/reboot cycle.

They do not seem to be the best boxes :(

samsung are by far the best boxes, faster more stable and better looking :) we fit others but if have problems the samsung baby fixes it... somtimes they go down but mainly its abuse thats kills them.. if yours got delivered by post then it has be abused.. SA and pace would break down just being packaged :)
