Anybody here with First Direct?

Do you know if they are capable of fast payments - you know the bank transfer system that was introduced earlier this year?

Yes been using it since they brought it in never had any issues with it.

OK - one other question - with the online banking - do you get any security devices (like Barclays give out these days) - re-branded RSA tokens / cards?

Not yet. They still use a username, letters from a password and a memorable item.
