why has the upgradies from 4 mg to 10 mg stoped there has`nt been any in august i live in barnsley south yorkshire and still only get 4 mg

the upgrades have been shunned down the to-do list. it's really a case of just waiting. it should pick up again soon, that said....

if thats the case why havent virgin cut the cost of the people who still have 4mg untill they get it sorted out

rollout due to complete September 2008 so is it going to be finished by the end of september

Andy, hopefully one of the VM employees who frequent this site in an unofficial capacity will be able to answer that.

Please also remember to check that your network connection is a networking card, not a USB connection, and that your VM modem is capable of 10Mb.
