Customer Services - when are they open/closed?

i was wondering when are CS open/closed till what time during the weekend..and no its not for me..

i think its 9am to 5pm ? weekdays different
might be 8.30am ?

hmm seems i might be wrong ?
Customer services are 8am - 12am midnight 7 days a week.

yeah sure best bet would be try at or after 9am just in case they sleep in lol ? [joking btw more likely as its a sunday]
