Hello,
Im on the Croydon UBR, and every night at about 5.30PM my internet goes off and only the power light is on, on my modem and all the other ones are off. Internet is down (I know reboot modem etc, but this is something else!).
Strange thing is it comes back on at 7AM in the morning, all lights flashing.
I call up VM, and they say there is never a fault in the Croydon Area, and they'll send a engineer out today between 4-7pm.
Thing is, my TV hasn't been working either but not just between 5.30-7 but ALL the time now.
Has anyone ever experienced something like this? maybe i need a new cable or something? but surely not since it works apart from the time it's down. Should I try and claim some compensation?
