need some help
my old pair of running shoes are about done
and looking to buy a new pair of Asics (Kayano) running shoes online as it seems to be much cheaper
but dont know any good websites to buy running shoes

any1 used any and could recommend me 1??

i have bought from sportshoes.com also, got a pair of adidas sambas, no problems would also recommend

I go to JJB for mine, I got a pair of N guage ones for £29.99 last year, they still look like new after a few runs in the washer.

As well as the online stuff the staff in the Glasgow shop are absolutely brilliant and well worth a visit if you are planning any running or other fitness program.

I've used these people before but only via their shop in Alderly Edge - a bit far from Dorset! They offer excellent service and really know their stuff. They'll let you run up and down the street outside their shop 'til you find a pair that suits. They often have a stall at big running events:
