Could you be more specific, Jonathan?
Are you interested in the upgrades to a particular area?

I see that Dave L. confirmed over a week ago that (as far as he'd be able to know) UBR02 had been updated.

If you've rebooted your modem since then and are still not seeing any speed increase, I'd suggest you check it's config file (see Annie's notes here (http://a.myby.co.uk/broadband-faq.html#q07)) to see what speed it's trying to connect at.
If that shows a downstream bit rate of "10240000 bits/sec" then you're not receiving 10Mb/s for some other reason.

Edit: Do you mean that you're now connecting at 10Mb/s but that you're not able to actually achieve that speed?
If that's the case, I'd recommend you do the standard tests (http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/showpost.php?p=34527446&postcount=6) and report the results on the newsgroup.

There's no updates to the service tickets, so I'd assume the works were completed when they said they would be :/

From what I've read, until tomorrow when they finish swapping stuff about ( if they finish then)You're wasting your time trying to find out anything, as the Newsgroup people are as much in the dark as anyone. If what was posted on here recently is true , and many of them are on notice of redundency, then it seems like the last candle in the dark of Virgin broadband is about to be blown out.God help us.

Ah, so the UBR upgrade has supposedly been completed but you're still not able to connect at 10Mb/s -- how very confusing!

Sorry, what info do you mean?
