It happened when i was in bed and no one was using the net.

it means that your modem is about to die lol na am only messing mate i duno 2bh.

I got this too this morning, however it now seems to have disappeared from the log?

I'm also waiting for the 4meg to 10meg upgrade, I recently upgraded from 2 to 4meg but had problems with the upgrade and had to have it done manually. I'm getting the following message again:

Does this mean they are trying to apply the upgrade and the modem's refusing it? Or is it something else? I'm in Farnborough, Hampshire

Did all the above happen when you powered the modem up such as turning the power on.
