Should be instant, unplug power to modem for 30 seconds.

Dont want to scare you, but when i updraged to 4mb, it took 3 days and 4-5 phone calls to finally get it upgraded! :td:

i tryed to do it online before i rang but cant remember username and password :(

guess there will be another phone call tomorrow

I finally got my 4 meg upgrade today, strangely, after 3 days & 4 calls!:banghead:

found out the username.. i wrote it down with a space when it was meant to be a dot,

all sorted with only one call and million guesses at the username
