Broadband plus sign in

I'm having difficulty in signing into broadband plus.

I've searched for a solution.
My password seems ok.
Pop-up blocker is off.
I'm on 20mb.

What do I do?

You need to call tech support to check the email address. (whether it is enabled for BB plus or not).
