If your area was upgraded it would say "Completed" rather than February, so your still on 4mbit im afraid. Well, site aint been updated in 9 days so it's hard to be entirely accurate on things like that.
same kinda problems happened to me before, when i was on 4mb they did a free test trial off 10mb, tbh, it was no better then 2mb... i'd rather have a guarenteed 4mb, then a maybe 10mb... anyhow, see how it goes, ill bug them when i get in from work.

Anyone in Swansea been upgraded yet? as the upgrades are underway on the UBRs
weird thing is, i called them yesterday.. etc etc blah blah.. the guy told me i was already on 10mb, and that i needed to reboot the modem (altho been told before i wouldnt need to reboot it) i reboot it, speed stays the same, he then says, oh maybe your area isnt being upgraded untill april, and i said no.. letters/website say febuary... and hes excuse was well febuary isnt over, your going to have to wait.. lol
