Hi

I am thinking about upgrading from 2mb's to the 4mb's service. My billing date is on the 26th of each month. If I got the broadband upgraded today, would I have to pay an extra £25 for my next bill on top of the £18 I pay for the 2mb's? At what time of the month is best to get an upgrade?

Currently I am receving this package :
Line Rental : £11.00
TW Bb M TV X L Saving : -£8.50
TV Size X L : £20.50
Broadband Size M : £18.00

Also as you can see I get a saving on my package. Will I still get that if I upgrade to Broadband L?

Are all your services on the one bill?

If the answer is yes you would recive a rebate for the 2mb service from today till the 26th. you would then be charged the pro rata charge for the 4mb from today till the 26th plus a month in advance of £25
you can also ask about special offers currently they can do 4mb for £17 a month.
the 4mb is also going up to 10 mb with preston already being done

Because you are already receiving a package, your bill will only increase by £7 (difference in price between 2Mb and 4Mb).

Also between now and the summer, 4Mb is getting upgraded to 10Mb for free. :)

Because you are already receiving a package, your bill will only increase by £5 (difference in price between 2Mb and 4Mb).

Official price of 2mb £18
Official price of 4mb £25

£7 difference

Right, so I would have to pay a month in advance for that BB L too?

Do you know if I would still get that £8.50 monthly saving?
