Hey, i'm new here. I registered here mainly to see if anyone can help me with this problem.

I just got Virgin Media , and ever since i got the package installed, and set up the new connection, it keeps on dropping out.
At first i thought it was probably my computer or something, or my wireless adaptor, but recently i connected my Xbox 360 to Xbox live with a wired connection, and still, the connection keeps dropping out on the Xbox too. Does anyone have any more information on this? It's so annoying to have it drop out every 10 minutes.

Thanks in advance,

Jon
