it means don't worry lol. This happens a few times and you will see it in your cable modems logs. This basically means there has been a problem syncing with Virgin at some point in time.

This will include Uplink information, DHCP and DNS Issues

If its constant problems time to ring tech

p.s. you may also see this in your logs, DHCP WARNING - Non-critical field invalid in response
