Does anyone else have continual problems with VM website? I've been sent a letter (god knows why they didn't e-mail as its been stuck in the post for weeks!), but apparently my card i use to pay my ADSL VM account with is due to expire - and they need my new card details 'to ensure my service is uninterrupted'.

I've been trying all night to get onto the 'change payment details' section on the site continually getting the error page. Come to think of it i've never been able to access e-bill or some other links :erm:

There is no contact number on the letter, and given the fact they want my new details by the end of this month i can see me getting cut off :td:

Has anyone got any suggestions?

Give them a ring on 0870 013 0070 (should take you through to CS / Billing)
