that's crap i've been VM customer since they were called Cable Internet. VM need to do more for loyal customers.

They do lots. They've introduced STM, premium rate charges for "ahem" support, degraded the BB down to Tiscali standards and ..Oh the list just goes on and on. You guys, always gotta moan about something or the other.......;)
