Cable wiring help please - White box help

Hi all,
Sorry to plead for help (I've used the search and can't find anything) and I'm new to this site.

Are there any guides on this site to help with the wiring of the white boxes? I have two NTL white boxes and I want to check the connections, data feeds, etc without calling Virgin out.

Can anyone help please?

You shouldn't even be trying to "check" the wiring, if there is a fault call the support line and get someone in who is reasonably competent to do it.
