If any techs are reading can you have a look at this ubr:

Over the last 2 weeks performance has been about 5% of normal (I'm on 4MB and getting about 200Mb about 1/2 the time and completely gone the rest (rdy light flashing). :(
It's 'working' at the moment.
Got an engineer coming round later in the week but I'd like to have an idea about what the problem is in advance. ;)
