virus_portal.php from vc.freedom.net

When I start ntl Netguard, I receive a message offering me a file download virus_portal.php from vc.freedom.net. Is this anything to do with ntl netguard? Why does it appear? If I click yes, Dreamweaver opens and a message "There is no viruses" appears.
I did a search on the forum for virus_portal.php , but no-one else seems to have reported this.

Sounds like a problem with their webserver's PHP configuration tbh, I've never seen a Virus called virus.exe - kind of gives the game away dontcha think ? :D No it's probably the Virus scanner page on Netguard
